Welcome to the Healthy Food Ratings website where you can obtain valuable information on which foods and beverages are rated as "healthy". Health authorities advocate that people, and particularly children, should eat a balanced diet with an emphasis on healthy food. However it is often difficult for consumers to identify "healthy" food particularly with the competing claims of food manufacturers and the varying opinions of dietitians and health groups. Most foods and beverages contain nutritional information on the label but it is technical and can be difficult for consumers to interpret.
